I think what I value the most is how safe I felt from our very first session. Santana has this amazing ability to gently guide you to powerful shifts very fast. Santana has firmly but gently pulled every limiting belief lurking in the back of my mind to the forefront to be confronted. Her kindness, humor and lack of judgment have made me feel safe to tackle fears that have been plaguing me for years. I've seen substantial changes in my mindset and mental clarity since working with her.

During coaching, Santana was open to any topic I'd like to explore, which felt welcoming and refreshing -- as someone who recently worked with a career coach, I wasn't used to this choice! I followed my intuition and gained so many new gifts in that hour-long coaching call. Santana helped me to learn how to listen to myself, share what's on my mind freely (without self-editing), and sit with feelings that may be uncomfortable (at first). I left with a little more compassion toward myself, and a helpful activity to practice that week ("The Four Questions"). Santana knows of my ADHD challenges and encouraged me to add a reminder to my calendar if it'd be helpful -- and I did just that at the end of the session. Knowing that Santana was eagerly awaiting a reflection from that activity helped me stick to that commitment and get it done! Beyond the coaching session, I'm grateful for Santana's overall approach and support. I never feel judged or pushed in a certain direction, and in moments when I'm too impatient to find answers for myself, Santana somehow gives me that space -- which helps me give myself that same space (and respect). I’ve been working with Santana for a bit now and I appreciate her thoughtfulness in asking questions. She’s a great listener, and it shows in how she responds.
