As the first in my family to graduate university, I mastered the external game—Columbia BSc, Northwestern MSc, VP title, earning 6-figures, and leading projects with Fortune 500 executives. I achieved everything that should have felt like freedom, yet found myself in a sophisticated cage of my own making, performing success while feeling fundamentally misaligned.

During a decade of deep personal work—meditation, Mindful Self-Compassion training, and receiving Transmission of the Five Mindfulness Trainings in the Plum Village Buddhist tradition—revealed an uncomfortable truth: the systems rewarding my success were designed to extract from human wellbeing.

In 2023, I made the decision to align my work with what sets my soul on fire. I left a successful career in digital strategy to build a life deeply aligned with my highest wellness. As I liberated myself from capitalist patriarchy, I cultivated a deep desire to help other women—particularly marginalized women—find the same liberation through alignment coaching.

Today, I operate at the intersection of individual transformation and systems change. As a Master Certified Professional Coach in private practice, I guide accomplished women ready to stop the exhausting performance of external success while feeling hollow inside. As founder of The Glow Initiative, I've created scalable infrastructure that has brought coaching to over 300 women in need and 6 nonprofits that serve them, proving that individual liberation radiates outward to collective impact.
